Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All used machines are inspected, setup, and tested before being sent to you. We hope you will never need to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return,

your item must be in the same condition that you received it, modified, overclocked, or electrically shorted devices will be rejected. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return,

you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are seeking a refund for a machine that is not incorrect on our part or damaged during transit there will be a 30% restocking fee applied.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of used electronics we are unable to make any guarantees beyond the 30 day period. Attempting to overclock or otherwise modify the machines beyond normal operation, or failure to provide proper electrical protection will void any guarantee. If you choose to have it returned to you in the case of it being rejected for refund due to damaged incurred in your possession you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case that there was an error or you received damaged good, the restocking fee will be waived and you will receive either the full refund or full store credit if you choose.

Exchanges

exchanges can be made in place of refund with clear communication. direct exchanges, like for like can be made with a 30% restocking fee. exchanging for a different machine will be done by applying the difference of your cost for the original device minus the 30% restocking fee, from the device you wish to receive, to be billed or refunded accordingly. In the case where the exchange was due to damages or errors on our part you will get full credit towards the exchange and the restocking fee will be waived.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the purchase minus the 30% restocking fee, on your original payment method. If the return was for an approved defective device the restocking fee will be waived. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
